standout is a job search management platform that provides tools for:

  • Tracking job applications and their status
  • Creating and managing professional resumes
  • Organizing interviews and calendar events
  • Storing job-related documents and notes
  • Analytics and insights for job search progress

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

This license ends when you delete your content or close your account, except for content you've shared with others.

Feedback

If you choose to provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and implement such feedback to improve our Service. You are not obligated to provide feedback.

Privacy

We do not guarantee job placement, interview success, or any specific outcomes from using our Service. The Service is a tool to help organize your job search, and success depends on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and subject to mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law (which cannot be limited or waived):

STANDOUT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
  • Damages resulting from any third-party conduct
  • Any interruption or cessation of the Service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or errors in the Service

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

  • Violation of applicable laws
  • Conduct harmful to other users or the Service
  • At our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings.
